The Alfonsina project, led by siblings Lara, Franco, and Bruno, continues their Italian family's legacy in the wine world, focusing on vermouth production. Their vermouth, crafted with a wine base from the Uco Valley in Mendoza and produced in Paraje Altamira, stands out for its minimal enological intervention to preserve the natural qualities of the Andes' terroir. Alfonsina aims to revitalize the Italian aperitif tradition, bringing vermouth to a young audience interested in new flavors with a nostalgic touch.
